Parking Lot Maintenance Technicians
After a winter of being stuck indoors, Clean Sweep has opportunities to work outdoors this coming season. Get out and get paid!
We are a parking lot maintenance and services company, working with high-density residential and commercial property managers. We service Winnipeg and surrounding areas and are looking to fill various positions for our upcoming season with people that are highly energetic, team players, and have a great work attitude.
You must be willing to work in all weather conditions and have a valid driver’s license. Starting wages will be between $17.00 and $30 per hour depending on experience, skills and position.
No previous experience is required. However, experience with related industries is appreciated (parking lot maintenance, asphalt repair, seal coating, concrete maintenance, property management, etc). Training and advancement opportunities will be provided to the right candidates.
- Outdoor parking lot maintenance (crew leaders, compact sweeper operators and labourers)
- Indoor/covered parkade maintenance (crew leaders, compact sweeper operators, scrubber operators and labourers)
- Sidewalk sweeping (crew leaders, compact sweeper operators and labourers)
- Street sweeping (street sweeper operators)
- Line painting (line painter operator and painting assistants)
- Asphalt Maintenance Crew (crew lead, labourers)
Required license or certification:
Driver’s License
For any crew leader or machine operator position, you must be able to drive a truck with a utility trailer.
